- PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCEDURE
As part of the order procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred paying method - credit card or direct bank transaction. We will inform you of the shipping costs in the order summary displayed on the site before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.

Methods:
Standard Shipping FedEX - $15.00 Flat Rate | Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Power Systems and Equipment Shipping - Power Systems products are only available to be shipped within the continental United States only (no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico). A shipping fee based on the weight of the item will be automatically applied at checkout.
Privacy & Security: You can be confident that your credit card and personal information will be protected when you shop with Highlander. We are fully PCI compliant and use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to assure the security of your transaction. Buy with confidence.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Valid promotional codes may be entered during our checkout process. Sorry, we can accept only one promotional code per order. If a promotional code is abused, we reserve the right to cancel the order without fulfillment.

International Shipping & Delivery (Outside of the United States)
DHL Coronavirus Shipping Service Information
Standard International Shipping - Shipping cost varies by destination. Average delivery time is 7-21 business days, however delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Standard International Delivery ships via DHL Smart Packet Plus. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the DHL international network with the fulfillment power of Tigers Logistics.
DHL Globalmail Packet Plus picks up your order from our warehouse, sorts it, applies the necessary postage, and handles the order until it reaches your country. Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. Often the final delivery is made by your national postal service, not DHL. The customs and post office may require the package to be picked up.
