Refund policy

We'll gladly accept returns and exchanges for any merchandise purchased from the HIGHLANDER Adventure, Inc. online store that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, original packaging, and receipt or packing slip within 45 days of purchase. Items may be returned for a full refund.

TrueForm return policy allows you to send back your purchase within 30 days of the date you receive the delivery for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling and any return shipping fees. Broken or Damaged Merchandise

If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Highlander Adventure, Inc. then the cost to ship a replacement item will be covered by Highlander Adventure, Inc. Certain products may have different policies or requirements associated with them or if you are unsure something is a defect you can reach out to customer service at usstore@highlanderadventure.com to confirm.
